If you get our voicemail, please leave a message and we will promptly return your call. Please order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by emailing us at sales@pro-litesports.com.  At this time our cart is under construction.

If ordering by phone:
Call us Toll Free at 1-888-775-9615. If you get our voicemail, we are either helping other valued customers or away from the office. Please leave a detailed message with your name, call back number, shipping address and any items that you wish to order.

If ordering by email:
Please email sales@pro-litesports.com. Provide us with your name, shipping address, phone number, and the products you would like to order.

If ordering online:
Shopping cart is under construction. All orders must be ordered by phone or email.

Payment Options:
We accept checks, credit cards (via paypal) or on the phone, and purchase orders.
Your order will include the bill and is due upon receipt.

We want to give our customers the option that is easiest for them to order. It has been our procedure to ship your order along with an invoice. The amount is due upon receipt.
Many customers have told us how refreshing their experience was for being given the chance to order and receive the paddle before they pay.

Order Processing:
Orders normally ship within 24 hours of placing the order. Many times we can ship the same day if the order is placed before 12PM Central Time.
