Pro-Lite Sports LLC Return Policy
We want you to be happy with the purchase(s) you make from our Company. If you need to return an item(s), please note the following procedures:
- New Condition Paddles - You can return any item(s) that is in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Simply send it back to us and once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund for the cost of each item returned. Or, we will be happy to issue a credit to purchase an alternate item.
- Used Paddles - You will receive NO refund or credit for return of a used item(s), unless it is determined to be defective (please follow defective return procedures below).
- Clearance or Second Quality Paddles – Sale is final, these paddles cannot be returned.
- Defective Paddles - If you received a defective paddle, or have quality issues with your paddle within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately. Defective items returned within 30 days will be replaced at no cost to you.
If returning a paddle, please do NOT mark your paddle with identification, such as a name. We do not accept returns in this situation.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order, or if the item is determined to be defective. Shipping reimbursement will be based on USPS ground only rates.
